WHO ARE WE?

There are 3 sectors within the property industry which we focus on including commercial properties, residential properties and land development.

We have a large commercial portfolio of bars, pubs and clubs which we lease out to tenants or they are ready for redevelopment purposes. Our extensive residential portfolio consists of both rentals and development projects to flip as they are or develop ourselves. We also buy land for new builds or development opportunities. As we cannot keep all, we sell to property owners, investors and landlords. 

Our group collectively have decades of experience and have a wealth of knowledge in the industry. We also work very closely with a great team of specialists in architecture, building, law and the leisure industry, who help us fulfil our requirements for each site and offer advice to those looking to purchase from us.
