STUDENT ACCOMODATION, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE

An exciting project we are working on is the conversion of the upper floors of a commercial unit to student accommodation in Newcastle upon Tyne close to the city centre and university campus, with excellent nearby transport links. The conversion will include 15 modern rooms as well as stylish communal living quarters.
Further details are to follow when we are ready to release information on the finished product - 2025
COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT, SOUTH SHIELDS
We are delighted to be a part of an investment project, The Mile, bar with external container bars. The site is the newest investment to the town centre giving an indoor/outdoor vibe, enormous external tv showing sports/music, live bands, street food and a great atmosphere. Opening in time for the Euros 24.

PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED!
We are pleased to announce that the planning permission which we submitted to turn a 3 bed detached bungalow into a modern 4 bedroom dorma bungalow has been passed and granted by Northumberland County Council.
The dwelling is situated on a good plot in the sought after location of Mile Road, Widdrington, Northumberland.

NEW GROUP COMMERCIALS
The past year we are pleased to welcome into our commercial portfolio some new outlets. Unfortunately we cannot disclose our latest investments due to confidentiality agreements and tenancies in place. However, the properties in the North East are great additions to our group and we are working hard to help support the businesses.

TIME TO SAY GOODBYE TO SOME BUY-TO-LETS
With mortgage interest rates being at a high, we have made the decision that we are going to sell a proportion of our BTL properties. The properties in question are all based in the North East and have tenants, so we are looking to sell to an investor or property landlord. The direction of our business going forward will include some of our key residential properties in prime locations, which we will continue to let out on long term and short term basis. Letting go of some of our lets will free us up to concentrate on all of our bigger and more demanding projects!
