PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED!
We are pleased to announce that the planning permission which we submitted to turn a 3 bed detached bungalow into a modern 4 bedroom dorma bungalow has been passed and granted by Northumberland County Council.
The dwelling is situated on a good plot in the sought after location of Mile Road, Widdrington, Northumberland.

HMO REDEVELOPMENT, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE
We are delighted that we have full planning permission for this exciting HMO project. The conversion will include renovation of the 2 upper floors to HMO/student accommodation with 2 commercial spaces on the ground floor. With mortgage interest rates being at a high and our attention being on our commercial projects , we have made the decision that we are going to sell a proportion of our BTL properties. The properties in question are all based in the North East and have tenants, so we are looking to sell to an investor or property landlord. The direction of our business going forward will include some of our key residential properties in prime locations, which we will continue to let out on long term and short term basis with our priority being on our commercial side. Letting go of some of our lets will free us up to concentrate on all of our bigger and more demanding projects!

The past year we are pleased to welcome into our commercial portfolio some new outlets. Unfortunately we cannot disclose our latest investments due to confidentiality agreements and tenancies in place. However, the properties in the North East are great additions to our group and we are working hard to help support the businesses, or seeking planning permissions for development projects.
